Default prelude coils?

will the 97+ prelude coilovers fit a 96 accord?

im like 99.999999999% sure they wont fit

i believe the 92-96 FRONT suspension is pretty much a direct swap to a 5th gen accord for some parts, but you have to run the prelude nuckle to run the shocks...someting like that

Agreed, If they did; then the applications listings would read such (which they don't). Along with that, the Prelude has a lower GVW; and I'm sure they would not support the heavier Accord chassis.

The second point begs to be asked: Why would you want to put 'Lude coils on an Accord anyway? Just buy the correct springs and be done with it!

i have some GC coilover sleeves for a prelude and was going to sell them to ssdjoey^ for his girls accord. we just wanted to make sure it fit..

Your best bet would be to contact Ground Control or Eibach themselves. When it comes to springs and struts, you generally can't, and shouldn't, share the suspension between the 2 cars you've mentioned.

I'm sure there's someone out there who has done it and even says that it's fine, but I definately wouldn't recommend it.

i see, just sell it to something, GC coilover will be gone in no time
