halo headlight legalities
i purchased a set of headlights from the internet with halo projectors... but they sent me blue projectors instead of white. are they legal? (i live in pa) i havent installed them yet, so i cant say if its a noticable shade of blue or not.
and my stock headlights are low/high beam in one bulb- these have separate halos for low and high. do i need new harnesses or is it as easy as splicing some wires? sry if i sound dumb, lol ive never played with headlights before.

Hey - I have dual halo black housing projectors for my EJ6 and I'm pretty sure that even if your projector lens is tinted blue your light will still shine white. However... if your kit come with HID bulbs or some knock off of HID bulbs that are intended to shine blue then you may want to look into basic Sylvania Hyper White bulbs or something like that. My lenses are purple at certain angles just like a bmw. It's not something you're going to get pulled over for. however - if your halos are any color other than white or amber you may run into trouble there.
My projectors came with litle harnesses that plug and played right into my headlight harness - but i know that the civic harness has three wires. Ground, high beam, low beam. you'd juct have to trial and error on which is high and which is low. pretty simple.
