Default Wheel spacer Question

Hey Guys.
I just purchased a new set of wheels and need to run 10 mm spacers. My question is what are the pro's and con's of getting hubcentric spacers versus non-hubcentric spacers? Will there be alot of vibration if I opt not to get hubcentric? Are there any brands that are better than others as in quality and effectiveness? Are there any issues I should tackle or things I should know before buying spacers? Sorry to sound like a tool but the more reserach I did the more confused I got so I thought I would ask you guys.
Thanks,

You shouldnt go even more then 5mm on a stock stud. 5mm is already pushing it. You need at least 6-8 full turns of the lug nut to be safely driving. If you plan on getting 10mm spacer, make sure its HUB CENTRIC! Dont buy the cheap ebay ****, or you'll get owned by vibrations, or the spacer possibly cracking at high temps. and stress. I recommend going with project kics or H&R. I run a 9mm custom hub centric spacer with arp extended studs.

he is right... i have personally done 7mm to 10mm on stock length studs but only for fitment purposes but felt very uneasy about it and soon removed them. either use hubcentric spacers w/extended lugs or just ditch those wheels and get ones w/ proper hub cleanace and or fitment for your application.

what do you guys think about 6.5--- i understand over 5 was starting to push it. but 7 is where it starts to get really hairy.

should 6.5 be considered too much as well?

they've got 6.5 on ebay

but the more I read the more I dont wnana go with e-bay ones.

I'm thinking some Hub Centric H&Rs would be safer, and I'll willingly spend the extra money to do that.

anyone know of a good website that can sell me the spacers and some extended wheel studs in a package deal?
