Ok so I need some help!

I have an 01 type r that has neuspeed springs and that is it for the suspension.

I found some tein coilovers for a DC and I want to use these on my type R, is the rear lower control arm the only thing I would have to swap out to make these fit?
Is is worth it to put htese on my R?

Then I want to take the old Neuspeed Springs and put them on my daily a 2000 civic Ex 2dr. Will that work? Can I put the whole type r strut assembly on my civic with the neuspeed springs??

What are the spring rates?

I believe it would be better to change the shock body to fit the R lower control arms as opposed to going with GSR lca. I think the R lca's are "stronger/stiffer" than GSR lca's, but I could be wrong.

I think the swap of the springs should be no problem as long as the length and diameter match.

 

I would skip on the teins and get PIC coilovers that are ITR specific

 

what if you were getting a really good deal on the teins

Suspension and transform a car to being something great or something really crappy.
If I were you.... buy the Teins, put them up on Ebay and use the money to get PIC's.

regardless of what you decide I would definitely keep the R LCAs on the R.

absolutely... as long as the guy you're buying the teins from wouldn't mind or whatever why downgrade to GSR parts?
