Motor Won't Start

i swapped in a new motor in my 95 integra and it will try and turn over but wont completely start. any help? anything will help thank you

i swapped in another ls motor just so i could get my car running for now. its out of another 95 teg so it bolts right up and wires up perfect and everything.
