On Sunday June 8th, I plan on leaving fredericksburg, VA at approx 1230hrs to meet up with the NE Crew in Avon, Va. which is at/near the intersection of VA-6 and 151. I'll be keeping in contact with RTW and JonD on there trip and will sharpen the details as the time gets closer.

The plan is to meet them before 1500, ie...1430ish. Again, I'll be leaving my house in Fredericksburg, Va at approx 1230hrs. If you want to meet at my house, cool, if not, we can meet you in Avon. The trip from my house is approx 100 miles, then from Avon its about 130 to VIR.

Last year I arrived along with AJ before 5. It was a little crowded outside the gate with trucks n trailers. This year I am going to take my good old time show up 6 or after.

 

Will you guys be passing by my house this year? If so, maybe we can meet up.

Because the one other post is someone asking, not making...... These are my plans, peeps can come or meet somewhere along the way. I've been there done that, we did it last and we'll do eet again! Driving with the NE crew and a shitload of tegs is almost as fun as expo itself.

i go to skyline drive every spring and fall.. just got back from going 2 weeks ago and id say wait awhile at least till fall because they were doing construction to the roads and i was thinking how much i would HATE to have my car on that ****.. rocks were flying everywhere up the mountain
