hey guys just seeing if anyone knows whats up with my car? i'm stumped.. car is a 92 civic with ls swap in it using the pr4 ecu. Car sputters like its misfiring like crazy sometimes driving or taking off from a start, and yes it has no power at this time, pulled the plugs and they are looking a little lean so i richened up the AFC to +20% even and it has a hint of it getting a little richer.. i have stock injectors, rails, pump.. has new cap, rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filter, fuel pressure reg, o2 sensor.. it's bugging me and it just started this!! when the car is under more load it runs like a top! just under crusing throttle or getting up to speed it sounds like its misfiring then it drives normal, its a continous cycle. pulled the codes and all it comes up with is code 3 which is the map sensor only cuz the AFC taps into that wire. i'm lost and just need some more help!!!

 

timing might of jumped a tad, i'd get on it with a light and check it and start there and see if it's the problem.

 

i'm almost on E for gas... couldn't i just put higher octane gas in if the timing jumped a little and it'll run good?
