What's the diffrence between the USDM stock 92-95 lip and the SiR lip??

Thinking about buying a real SiR lip what's the big diffrence???

Is it worth buying or should i just find a stock usdm lip?

stock lip. the type-r lip look funny on the EG's. they look better on the 99-00 civics.
