Default Tranny problems. Any suggestions on what you think it is?

Tranny was mint with no grinds when i raced one of my friends one day and all of a sudden i went to downshift into 2nd after racing a few times and heard a horrible grind(never happened before). Following that i noticed that every gear is notchy when going in, and at high rpms every gear doesn't want to go in so now i have to shift verrry slow and wait for it to fall in.

I pulled the tranny this past weekend thinking maybe my pressure plate was causing it hard to go in at high rpms but the clutch and pressure plate looked fine.

Plan on pulling the tranny back off and taking it apart to inspect. Any suggestions on what to look for?

you could have bent a shift fork in the transmission, which is why its notchy or grinding in other gears..
