I think I want to put the SI emblem back on but I am not sure, I think it looks clean with no emblems or wing.

I left my spoiler on and de-badged everything else including the decals on the sides. Gives it a nice sleeper look.

IMO the Si looks a lot better with the spoiler on.

Trunk swap or did you get the holes filled. also did you get the interior 3rd brake light installed? or you're just going with the two exterior ones.

I've wanted to do this to my SI since i got it; i think it looks clean.

Its the only thing that really makes it LOOK less girly than the *X models. I hate the lip spoiler and the clean look, id rather keep the OEM, or get OEM style Carbon.

I did a trunk swap, but there was already a 3rd brake light at the top of the window, I had no idea it was there for a while.

well your car is officially salvage title if inspected by the insurance or a car dealer.

I can always put the original trunk back on, no big deal.

Do you know what a 'salvage title' is?

Damn I think it is hilarious how people will say if you change a certain part on your car it becomes salvaged! The purpose of a Salvaged title is when a car is involved in an accident that caused any kind of damage to the frame of the car. Hell a rear ending someone can bending the core support will cause our cars to become totaled and then if it is repaired then the car gets a salvaged title! Other causes of salvaged titles can be theft as well! But changing a hood, or trunk lid, will not total out a car, even changing the doors out will not total out and in the end resulting in the words Salvaged on the title!

Here you go i-VTEC_DOHC: http://www.dmv.org/ca-californ...s.php

This is California law regarding salvaged vehicles and what qualifies them as such.

A vehicle doesn't have to have frame damage to gain salvage status. It just has to be totaled.

I don't know about any other states but in VA it is illegal not to have a third brake light. That's why I have not taken my wing off.

Luckily there are only a few states that require a 3rd brake light where as most of us have the option...
