ok so i currently own a lightly modded rsx-s (i/rh/e. drop. wheels) and im looking to sell it because im sick of monthly payments on the damn car. im paying about 600 a month with insurance since im trying to pay it off in 3 years and i need full coverage.

now im trying to find a good cheap platform to build upon and i have narrowed it down to an eg civic or s13 240sx (open to other suggestions) and i would love to swap in a k20a2 (civic) or sr20det (240) but ive run into a problem....

i live in cali and emissions are a b*tch! ive heard swapping in a k20a3 is legal into a civic but whats the fun in that? and what is legal and what isnt and also are there any loopholes for cali owners?

 

run propane, buy illegal smog, or swap rsx fuel tank in the civic or whatever you want. there are others. theres a post with a few ways. dont know where its at.
