I have had them in for two days now> Have driven for three mnths in a b18c cx.
I feel more vibration. About 5 on a scale of 1-10 with stock at about a 2. The car feels more stable at launch, pull, and in turns. I am very inpressed with such an inexpensive product. If you have a hybrid or higher hp Honda I would reccomend them. Just my opinion tho, I could be wrong.

Im sorry i dont have a digi. But, they are pretty much idiot proof. Just fit the grooves properly and make sure the flat face of the insert doesnt stick out further than the center bolt hole. If you can understand that.

 

yeah the es mounts dont add much vibration as everybody thinks...its the prothane mounts that makes things crazy....

 

So they are supposed to be sticking out a little bit b/c mine dont fit in snug.

 

Go to my site (see sig) then go to "Musings" and the last section....there's a pic in there of the inserts in the mounts. Once installed you can't see them.
