Default HELP! h23 to h22a4

I bought a 93 lude with an h23 non vtec unfortunatly the blew in the first two weeks I owned it. a buddy of mine had a h22a4 with only forty thousand miles on it so I thought I did good. I bought a p13 computer from skunk racing and the vtec controlls on rywire.com I was told the h23 wiring harness would work but I don't have a TPS sensor or a crank sensor so the car will turn over but I"m not getting any spark or fuel. so can I run the wires from the sensor directly into the computer? or do I have to buy a whole new wiring harness? also is the p13 the right computer to have with that? please help!!!!

OBDI ECU?

Are you using the h23 distributor and coil? The crank sensors for OBDI are in the distributor. Your TPS from the H23 will work fine.

Your wording is a little hard to understand here. You are saying you wired up everything except the crank sensor and the TPS?

An h22a4 is an OBD2 motor. But you can use the OBD1 wiring harness you have now to make it work.

What ever you had on the h23, you can directly swap it over to the h22 to make it work right.

What is this Skunk 2 computer supposed to do, and what made you choose that over a regular ECU?

I got the skunk 2 p13 cause when I went online looking for a p13 it was the first to come up. When I went to hook up everything on the new motor I just didn't have a plug fro the crank sensor by the oil pan, so your saying it should be there on the h23 harness?

If you are using the H23 harness, you should use the H23 dist. If that ecu has got a "skunk" ebay chip, sent that baby back. That is just asking for trouble.

the h23 harness DOES NOT have a crank sensor plug!! The sensor is inside the distributor! Your h23 wiring harness is already wired to use the crank sensor that is inside the distributor. That is why you should use your h23 dist.

The crank sensor on the oil pump is not used on OBDI. You don't need to plug anything in there. pull the sensor out, sell it on ebay

well from what your saying it sounds like it should run lol. If the crank sensor is in the distributer how come when its cranking over I'm not getting any spark ?
