just got a 03 accord. i came from a 07 civic and i know the car pretty well and what upgrades are good and what not. came from 8thcivic.com

and now with the accord i dont know what i can do with it. there dont seem to be that much choice in the selection of aftermarket parts. i just need someone to lead me the way into accords

There are quite a few modifications available for the 03 Accord. There are many intake, exhaust, pulley, sway bar, BBK, suspension, body kits and so on. Everything from Tein, Borla, AEM, Koni, Tannabe, Greddy, Neuspeed, Comptech, and more. Just search a bit. Google Accord forums for a bunch of other sites that have all sort of in depth details about most everything you could want to know.

I think you will like the accord more then you did the civic. The accord really is a different car along with added features. Just keep an eye on the forums and the search function is always a help.
