Default OBD1 ECU Pinout wire colors?

Many have seen the picture below of all obd1 92-95 civic M/T ecus:
My question is, some of my colors do NOT match that of this picture. Connecter A matches well (so I obviously can identify the wires/colors) but some wires for the D Connecters do not. For example, Connecter D pin 11 is TPS stated to be light green or red/black and mine is pink/black.

Can anyone explain why?

Most likely, what you call pink was originally red. Some colors fade with time.

By the way, when in doubt, you can verify proper wire pinning using a continuity test.
