I just finished installing the asr 24mm rear swaybar onto my 00 civic along with the new endlinks and support, has anyone else encountered more noise fromt the rear after installing an aftermarket swaybar?

i beleive its caused by the metal bushings that are supplied with the sway bar, i could be wrong.

Its the endlinks knocking against itself.
Install some nylon washers near where they swivel, on the studs, and it will go away.

Possible that the swaybar is touching the exhaust pipe.

It isn't rubbing against the exhaust pipe, it just sounds like a creaking noise that gets loud over bumps.

the endlinks should not be tightened untill full vehicle weight is on the ground otherwise when tightened up on a jack or in the air that is seen as its resting point and when lowered on the ground it will already be in a bind like you are going around a corner when your not. just a thought.

Yea I did this, I removed the endlinks and drove around to see if the noise would go away which it did, so it is definately coming from those, I probably just installed them incorrectly, I will check again tomorrow.

On the ASR endlinks is their a upside and downside to the link, my kit didn't come with any instructions so I am unclear as to which way is up or if it even matters on the endlinks?

If they come with poly bushings (nearly all sway kits do) and you didn't lube LIBERALLY with silicone grease, it will creak. Ideally you would remove your shocks and test the full range of suspension movement to find any possible binding that may occur. But in most cases, its the bar rubbing on an unlubed or too-tight sway bar mount bushing (the chassis mount bushings).

I lubed up everything with white lithium grease, so hopefully the noise will eventually go away, but it does sound like the chassis is creaking. Do you know the torque spec to the sway bar mount bushings?

Figured out the torque spec on the swaybar bushings and it was 16 lbs i had them overtorqued, when I corrected that the noise was reduced a lot, but it still makes some noise over bumps, very little noise. It may go away after a while I feel because going to a 24mm swaybar from stock is a big change.
