99-00 civic headlight problems
ok...i know the 96-98 civic headlights had a really bad problem with fogging up, but ive never heard of it happening to the 99 and 00's until of course...it happened to mine
...so...is there a way to take the headlights apart safely without breaking it or not being able to get it back together and cleaning the inside...

you will need to heat up the glue that stick it together if you want to pull it apart.
this will let you take it apart easier.
make sure you have no air leaks IE did u take the rubber off that covers your lights.

no...ive only had the headlight thats having the problem off the car once...and it wasnt even something that had to do with the headlight...it was something with the fender i think...but ive never played with the headlights...
96-98 headlights have a known yellow/blurry problem
if your 99-00's are fogging, that's because there's moisture trapped inside from the rubber grommet
it makes sense that it could be due to the headlight seal gone bad
but i never heard or such a thing
