Default HOLES IN MY INTAKE

Hey everyone, i recently bough a aem intake /w K&N Filter for $40 and the guy said it had little holes on the pipping. He wrapped it with heat tape, is there another way i can have it more secure like weld or something? maybe rubber plugs?? whats the best way to go here. Thanks. (its for my 92 civic si btw)

you're not generating any pressure in the piping, so tape is gonna hold just fine.

+1, I have an open hole in my AEM intake from where my nitrous nozzle was installed, and I have not had a single problem with it yet.
