Default HELP!!! clutch problems

me and my buddies are having some clutch problems in his 94 civic coupe (z6)
his car wouldn't go out of firts, so we thought the clutch was bad. we bought a RAM clutch, we installed it, it did the same thing. we thought the flywheel wasn't cut right (it wasn't) got it re-cut and it still didnt work. we bought a new oem flywheel and it still wasnt it. so we changed the slave cylinder and master cylinder and the plumbing. it still isn't fixed.. the clutch fork doesn't look worn/bent and every thing els looks fine. we have bled the clutch like 300 times and it still feels like there is an air bubble. we cleaned out the lines (before buying new 1's) with an air hose and a little black gunk came up but never really changed after cleaning it

the problem is it wont go in or out of gear when started but it shifts fine when the car is off

HELP

I have replaced flywheel, Clutch(RAM HDX) clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder, bled it everyway i know how, and it still wont disingage, car shifts thru the gears fine while its not running, but it wont realease the clutch disk enough to put in in gear, ive messed with the clutch rod adjustment all over the place and it still wont realese, has no leaks. Tranny worked fine before clutch went out in the first place.
