Hard start
I picked up a nice little 92 dx 4 door with 105k on it and it has an issue I haven't been able to figure out yet.
When you start it for the first time in the morning its really hard to start. It spits and sputters and you have to feather the throttle until it smooths out. After that it will run perfectly all day long. Will start right back up for the rest of the day until the next morning and the cycle starts again.
I have tons of parts laying around so I don't mind throwing parts at it. Things I have changed so far include:
Fuel relay, Injectors, FPR, Throttle body/tps, Map sensor, vaccum lines.
If I don't come up with anything else I'm going to change out the fuel pump, Check intake for leaks.
Its really hard to diagnose b/c all I can do is change a part and I have to wait until the next day to see if it helped or not. so I can change one part a day like this lol. Anyone have an opinion?
