O2 sensor hitting shift linkage on auto to manual swap

I swap a 2000 b16a2 into a 2000 ex auto the o2 sensor is hitting the linkage
any ideas on what i should do

I think your linkage is installed wrong. Flip the one thats hitting it over (make it upside-down, not front-to-back)
Ive done this once or twice, on my own car, by mistake, wondering "wtf"

I had this problem when I got my car, take it to any exhaust shop and they can relocate the bung and sensor for you. I had it done for about $50.

i know eg/ek d series linkage is different...ek's have some some sharper bends to go around the o2...maybe its the same for b series too?
