Biaggi @ Grange...
I am quoting this from another forum:
-------------------------------------------------------------
It was a very exciting day for me. I broke into 1'05" at Grange today. I didn't fall once in the two days I spent on the track. Oh... and at about 8:35am this morning..... this truck pulls into the pitt next to mine.... unloads a clown car full of little Italian men.... and one of them happens to be Max Biaggi.
Actually a pretty cool guy, despite popular consensus. After I stopped hyperventilating... around lunch time.... I realized he was just "one of the dudes". He was shootin' the **** with all of us... and the fact that there were only about 10 guys there today made it a very intimate and awesome experience (I watched him change into his leathers!!).
We were all on the track together..... at first we were all letting him go by when he'd come around.... but then everyone started to figure out that he "actually knew what he was doing" and didn't need us to pull aside to pass.
[freak]ing fast racer.... my god.... turning consistent 55's.... (track record is 54.7 by Nicky Hayden)
He did all the work on his own bike... tire-warmers... fuel... tweaks... lift onto stand.... roll on/off truck. The minions only talked to him in Italian and took lap times.
The 1 (one!) photo my friend took of the two of us was [freak]ed.... he basically took a really great shot of another dude's truck.... and max & I were just blurry foreground material.

Max goes to Grange all the time, especially in the off season. I think he's got a house near Elsinore.

Yeah, I found that to be kind of odd, seeing that he rides a duc in WSBK now. Looks like it's a pre 04 Honda too?
Was/is this old?

Those are Biaggi's leathers from a supermoto race at the 2006 Bologna Motor Show. I think a lot of you guys are referring to the Team Scream "Supermoto Madness" track day (here: http://youtube.com/watch?v=zpHC8HQyKgE) which was sometime in 2003/2004 when Max was a Camel rider. During the '06 "season" Max wore, and rode, exclusive Winston regalia for his screwing arounds, with the exception of a few events in the Shimano/Winston gear.
Additionally, Ducati doesn't make a motard. In 2007, if he found time to hit up the sumo track, it would've been on an RMZ derivative. In 2005 he would've been in Marlboro red.
... so the colors aren't any of those years, but are definitely at least 2006. So, yeah, 2008 wouldn't be out of the question. It also makes sense that he's still riding the Camel bike, since he's probably not allowed to sell it. So why not have some fun on it?

Heavy streetbike masquerading as the real thing in the "shiny new thing!" trendy fashion show. It's certainly not a bike you're going to ride on a 'tardkart track, and shouldn't be ridden off road.
