I'm interested if anyone has any dyno results that show the improvement of catch cans, or even how the stock PCV system possibly hurts power.
I know some mustang/camaro guys have proven it, mainly since a 2% improvement of their 400whp NA motors is spectacular to them... But I know it usually helps far more on a boosted motor, and can't seem to find any difinitive answers here on H-T.
One reason I ask this is because removing the stock PCV system is next on my list. The only good thing about Wisconsin is that you can bypass emissions COMPLETELY...
That and cops know jack **** about any mods besides fart cans.

Yes it makes more power. Removing crank case pressure helps the rotating assy be able to move more freely.
I have seen a 8whp gain on a 285whp bike when the crank case had zero pressure in it.
It helps even more on a boosted set up.

So then would a good thing to do is remove the black emissions box with pcv valve altogether and install a valve cover breather line to catch can.
I only ask so specifically because thats my plan.
