No, but it will help out with the Angle of your steering arms/Tie rod ends.

well is there anything besides pillowball mounts that i could purchase to adjust the front camber.. i really dont want to raise my car up, i like the current ride height.

Camber bolts, or you could slot the top bolt hole of where the strut meet the knuckle. but I would try the camber bolts first.

well apparently the pillowball mounts do not fit the tein basics...? and i found these camber bolts.. does anyone have an idea of where they might go?

They go on the upper of the two bolts that connect the strut spindle/brake assembly. If you want even more Camber you can dremel or grind out that top whole towards the Inside.
