take off your distributor and get multimeter and test the two ignition coil posts.
The primary and secondary have specific specifications its suppose to be in between...
even if one of them is off by just a little bit... your car wont start.
Meaning, you need a new ignition coil.
While the dizzy is off though you can check the rotor, dizzy cap and also the icm.
Let us know the progress...

ya i pulled my teg in and changed the oil and done a compression test, after all was complete, i went to start it and there was nothing... it was the coil

mine was the ICM... guy on ebay sells them mad cheap... $40 or so... instead of $100+ at autozone... if u need one just PM me... ill give u his info
Will it run if you roll start it? Is it 5 speed or auto? At first it sounds like the starter if it won't turn over when you turn the key and just clicks once. However, if your neutral safety switch/clutch safety switch is bad it might not allow it to turn over.

Mine did that same thing.
I just replaced the plugs and rotor and cap. When i replace the cap I found the entire Dizzy cap and rotor was covered in dust. It was obvious it wasn't tuned up in a long time( I have only had the car for 2 weeks).
I started it up and it ran good after. Then I went to move the car later that night and it started and died. Then wouldn't start again. I tested out the coil and the ohms were too low. I replace the coil and it started right up

thats the problem, it won't run even if i do it from a roll.. seems like theres no ignition.. haven't had the chance to test coil yet

Specifications for the coil and the ICM (ignitor) are in this thread below:
