I'm swaping a 98 UKDM Type-R steering wheel into my 92 EG...I have everything wired up but the SRS, the UK plug is different from the plug on my 92 airbag...

Both bags (UK and Original) have 2 red wires...is there away to identify which wire is which so I can just swap plugs.

I've search and i know no one likes to deal with airbags but I this great steering wheel and I like the idea of keeping the airbag...any help would be great, thanks in advance

for those looking to swap clips just follow this DIY...

I now have a 98 UKDM Type-R steering wheel with a working horn, SRS, and turn signals cancel as normal, the only thing I lost was cruse control

i m about to put a jdm momo srs steering wheel into my 95 civic

have you found the difference between the 2 red wires ?


in fact after i ve seen this tread i connected the air bag with the jdm airbag with the obd1 connexion

nothing blew but my srs cell is on !!!

do you know about it ?

help will be very appreciated !!
