Default Coupe Si bumper fit sedan???

I'm thinking about picking up a sedan Si and wondering if it would. I like the aesthetics of the coupe due to the fogs and whatnot.

It's not so bad having passengers in a coupe. They're kids, not old people that can't climb into the back. I'm sure they won't mind as long as the have a bad *** dad with a coupe.

Exactly!!!!!! Finally someone who gets it...lol. If they are riding in a baby seat, why do they need the extra leg room? Unless they are 6 foot before they are 16, you will never need the little extra room. You don't lose that much cargo area either.

you obviously dont have kids. it gets kind of old buckling and unbuckling your kids from their car seats in the back of a coupe. it is MUCH easier with 4 doors. when i only had my son i had him in my em1 and then i bought an ep3. when we had our 2nd son i got the fa5.
your entitled to your opinion though.

Good point. I guess it all really comes down to the buyer.

I have a niece and nephew who quite often ride in my car. It's pretty damn easy to buckle/unbuckle the car seats. It's no harder than it is in my '94 Accord Sedan or my mom's '06 Accord Sedan. Sure, I have to fold the fold/move the front seats but maybe it's even easier, because I don't have to go through all of the trouble of opening that heavy back door.

Even if it were harder, I could deal with it, because IMO, the coupe looks a thousand times better than the sedan from every angle. When I first got my car, I thought the sedans were pretty much identical from the front, but as I started seeing more of them, I noticed the differences. The foglight location is terrible and should be in the same location as the coupe. The area (where the fogs should be) looks so vacant with nothing there. Those mirrors (while I know they are big for function) are ugly as hell. The rear of the car looks too similar to last gen's grocery getter 4-dr rears.

Don't get me wrong, the car still looks really good. Better IMO than most 4 drs on the road, but it doesn't compare to the coupe for me. Just a matter or opinion and/or laziness I guess.

though i will always value your opinion fiji, having a niece/nephew that OFTEN ride in your whip is far off from us whom have our own kids. when you put your kids in /out of your car a few times daily, everyday, forever...... is when it gets to be a pita.
by the way, the sedan looks better than the coupe in every aspect

By often, I mean almost everyday, many times a day. The only vehicles my brother has are trucks (for his business) so when we go somewhere, and his gf isn't home, we take my car. Maybe you would find it difficult, but you are probably/more than likely just assuming it would be more difficult anyway, because you don't own an Si coupe. The interior of both of my family's Accords are larger than an Si sedan's and I find it no easier to do the child seat thing in the sedans than in my coupe. It is common to assume (and many cases you'd be correct) that it is easier to load/unload from a sedan, but I don't think the '06+ Civic are one of those cases. I too, respect your opinion. This is fun.

kudos good sir.
you are correct, i have never tried to put my kids in a 06+ civic coupe. but i did trade my 05 si because of this issue. can i compare the hatch to the new coupe? not sure, but it was at least a big enough reason for me to go to the fa5. (also, the true vtec didnt hurt much either.
lets just agree that for some it may be fine, and for others it may be an issue.

putting kids in the back of a 2 door is a pain in the dick. I hate putting my kid in the back of my wife's RSX. it is a world of a difference strapping my girl into the car seat in my SI rather than the RSX.

say what you want. 4 doors are easier..
