Default Engine service b18cr

I want to give my b18cr engine a good full service. So where do I start from?

the engine only done now nearly 90,000 Km's and its abit noisy now since nothing done to it yet!

thing Ive done: Changed the engine oil with new oil filter, new spark plugs. Now looking at getting some new spark plug leads.

So what other things these engines need when they get old?

What do you mean by its noisy? Sounds like maybe you need to do a valve adjustment. I do it it a few times a year. If I remember correctly if you rev over 8k its recommended. Do you have the original timming belt and oil pump?

What I mean is that the engine isnt running smooth as how it used to be.

You can hear everthing knocking maybe its the tappets not sure or valves?

Yes still got the original timing belt and oil pump.

have taken it over 8 couple times but no point when my peak power is 7800 or something. I found out when I had it on the Dyno.

How can I do the valve adjustment?

Is it expensive?
