Default How much is an ITR Brake swap worth?

I have come into possession of an ITR Disk Brake assembly, front and rear, with BNIB rotors and pads for the front and back. Includes e-brake cables/the whole swap. New Energy suspension rear trailing arm bushings have been pressed into the rear.

How much would this sell for?

Around $1000 since it has a lot of new parts installed.

I paid about $1,200 shipped for my CTR conversion from HMO. Included every suspension piece except for rear shocks/springs.

I bought a 92 eg... it had ADR Rims and the GSR disk brake already installed.

The owner of the car also sold me the ITR rims and swap with the car, he was going to install it but never got around to it. I sold the rims already for $550, now im trying to sell the swap. I believe the user i bought them off of posts on these forums actually. He mentioned the site but i dont remember the username. I know his username on other forums is silverwrxsti

So you have receipts for the purchase?
If you don't then please don't post here, I'm sure the other ITR owners will back me up up on this.

How much is the ITR brake swap worth that you've come into possession of? Probably quite a bit to the Type-R it was taken off of...

I'd like to see receipts, or SOME KIND of proof it's not stolen.

you guys can be so paranoid, not everyone deals in stolen parts, and unless your buying it i dont see why you would hassle the guy! he could just make up a reciept and have a friend sign it and you wouldnt know the difference, parts like these without vins are just as hard to prove stolen as they are to prove legit

btw if it has brand new rotors etc you could get close to a grand from them + shipping

This isn't a FS thread or else it would be locked He came to us asking for value. Personally, I would and have paid more for ITR parts with proven ownership in order to avoid even the most remote chance that the parts were stolen. That alone makes asking for the VIN relevant as he could get more $$. My ITR sussy came from 01-1112 and my rear LCAs came from 98-0377. As long as people don't ask for proof of legit ownership, there will continue to be a market for stolen ITR parts.

Even if the parts never had a VIN tag on them, the original VIN of the caR should have been recorded, especially for major parts like a ~$1000 brake system. Then at least he would be putting it out there to be dis proven.

ya i guess, but i have parted out so many cars and i always give a copy of the title and a reciept if they would like, but the fact is that many people dont do that....

my friend bought an integra from a salvage auction, it was not an itr yet it had itr suspension/brakes on it, if i were to buy it how could i prove it to you that it is legit?? fact is i could not prove it to you enough to make you happy.... motors and transmissions/body panels with vins i understand and they should have papers, but their are so many things that make it nearly impossible to prove that their not stolen and you guys jump all over their ***'s

i will admit i will be the first to doubt someone when they have a motor with no vin, or transmission, or the vin is scratched off a fender etc, but this other stuff is so hard to prove one way or another that its impossible to make some of you people happy

(knows about theft rate etc. and have taken personal steps with theft deterrence, and appropriate insurance just in case)

Assuming I'm 'one of you people'?

Whatever, I'm paranoid, if I see Type-R parts being sold without proof of where they came from, I'm sketched about it... Especially when they 'came into possession' of those parts.

One way to fix it is to engrave the VIN onto all parts and photo catalog it all.

Ok well im going to put it up for sale.

Whats a good price to have it sell quickly? Im not gunna look for $1000 for it.

Im going to message the guy I bought the car off of, and he can tell me where he got the swap from. The swap also came with JDM ITR 4 lug rims, which I sold for $550. Here are some pictures... rotors are rusty but other than that the parts are fine. (BNIB Rotors and pads) Energy suspension rear trailing arm bushings already pressed in...

i guess we all assumed it was 5 lug

the 4 lug itr brakes are basically the same as gsr/civic si brakes and go for around 200-500 depending on condition of bearings etc

4x114 i think is going to be harder to sell then 5 lug because it hard to get replacement rotors the rims look like there not in bad shape, when i was looking at a set up last summer i think it was around 800

edit: look on passwordjdm or other websites and see what its going for

EAT SH*T & DIE

ok...

now to the OP...it looks like youve got some ragged stuff there. aftermarket rear camber kit, some type of rear trailing arm bushing (????) that appears to be incomplete. everything looks rusted to hell. i dont know what i'd pay for a 4x114.3 kit like that...maybe like $500 with the wheels?
