Never mind (too many people look; but don't help) I decided to use my brain and I came up with the Conclusion that it would be at the same height just more gap between the tire and the fender. [freak] I'm smart.

it will be the same unless you use an improper tire size. if you want it lower than you need to change suspension. Although going more then 1.5inches or so has a negative effect on handling and wear of tires and other suspension parts.

lol i wouldn't pat yourself on the back for basic *** knowledge. all you had to do anyway was think about it....
so after "lifting your car" lets face it with a lot of fender gap it looks like its up in the air anyway, (it happend when i had my 205/40/17) and looked bad with the stock tires until i put the lowering springs on
and i think i misunderstood when you titled your thread 195/50/50 which would assume you want 50-inch wheels... 50 sidewall and 195 width

I know it was a typo LOL ! I been using 205/50/15 for the past 5 years on my car and want to down grade to a 195/50/15 just because. Before i do that i want to see if anyone would tell me if my car would have a different look... I know that the Width is 205 and it's good on a tire, but going smaller might be a good idea or not a good idea for some. Just need peoples opinion because it seems to me that people that have there cars lowered and use the 195/50/15 tires on their car it looks good rather the 205... in a unusual way.

Its hardly a difference, Im actually running 205/50s on the back and 195/55s up front now, just cause I needed tires and had some 195s, Its just a hair taller tire, and just a hair narrower. It works well for me cause my car is slammed and with the wheel at full lock Im about 1/4 inch from rubbing
