I'm trying to weigh my options with this... posted already in the suspension forum and didn't get anything ...

should I go aftermarket?? I plan on lowering my car about 2 inches, however, I'm concerned if I go aftermarket about the balljoints. Apparently skunk 2 has their own ball joints, and OE balljoints do not work with their control arms. For those of you who have the skunk2's, how long have the ball joints lasted??

Are there any aftermarket control arms that can use OE replacements ball joints?? (I'm just thinking downtime if I need replacements)

Or, should I stick with OE control arms, lower it, set the toe to zero, and call it a day???

I need to get some ball joints for my car, so I'm trying to figure out the best way to go...

go with the sknuk2 adjustible upper control arms (camber kit) ive got a set on my em1 and love it, you can pick up a set 2front/2rear on ebay for around $200 or so

 

I agree. Get the Skunk 2 camber kit set. Its what I will get as soon as I get the money.

 

can you buy ball joints separately? Or do you have to buy the whole assembly??

How long do the ball joints last?
