b18 timing belt issue

Default b18 timing belt issue

well im having timing issues think the belt skipped a tooth is there a way to check the cams to see if it skipped at tooth? like is there a mark on the cams that indicate TDC?

if i were to pull the valve cover where would i look for the marks at on the cams?

the are lines on the cam gears on the inside and outside they should line up. And the tops of the cam gears should say 'up'

And on the crank pulley there is a little mark that will line up with a rib looking thing the the lower timing belt cover
