When I hit a red light while driving when the car is warm, the RPM almost drops to 0 and sits really low like its about to die and then jumps back up to closer to normal if I wait. It may die when I shift to neutral when the RPM's are really high.
I'm trying to think about what could be the problem? I don't think it's a vacuum leak, I tried to check as best as I could. My other thoughts may be the IACV? Possibly a loose ground?
Car is a del sol single cam turbo.

... Oxygen sensors can typically do this, and for cars our age it's about time to replace.
I dropped a brand new Denso o2 sensor into my exhaust manifold, and that issue was solved.
