Default New Clutch Slips

We just had a new clutch and pressure plate installed in a 1991 Accord. The clutch worked fine then started to slip. It quit slipping, but now it is slipping again. The fluid level is ok. Please Help. Tim

Check you oil and tranny fluid. You may be getting one of these on the clutch disc.

take it back to whomever did it. if you have an oil leak around the rear main seal they MUST have seen it.

If there is no leak they did a **** poor job and need to do it again

It's quite possible that didn't break your clutch in correctly and your glazed your flywheel. Over time, you'll be able to break in the clutch, but it seems taht you glazed the flywheel again. I'd recommend having the flywheel resurface and replacing the clutch disc.

Reminds me of what happened with my friend's clutch. He got a good idea to try to burn out the first day he got it. It slipped so bad in first gear he couldn't even get it home. I think it is time for a new disc too.
