I'm new to the forum. My wife bought a new Ex sedan back in 2000, and loves it, and I have finally caved in to the gas prices and have bought a new Lx coupe in royal blue pearl. I hate hers because I'm a tall guy and it's too small, but I'm in love with mine. Not that fast, but a great driving car. This looked like a great board for learning a little more about my car.

 

Welcome to the forum man. There are plenty of people on here that know a lot about Hondas, and cars in general. On the otherhand, there are plenty of people who need to learn a lot more. Just take everything you read with a grain of salt, and be prepared to get a second opinion.

 

I didn't know a 2000 Civic EX wasn't fuel efficient...

 

Her 2000 is extremely efficient, but I'm 6'6", 280 pounds and her car is too tiny for me. She uses it to drive to work and a few other places, but when we go anywhere together, we can't take it. She loves my car so much that I'm sure it won't be long before we have to trade hers in for a new sedan.
