rpm problem..

rpm problem..

i just notcied today my rpm is a 0 when the car is off, but when i start it, it rest at 1200, ne ideas?

Well it would only make sense that the needle falls to 0 RPM when the engine is OFF! And at idle, 1200 RPM is about average so what is the problem you are referring to?!

1,200 is not average. That is about 500 rpm too high.

mine idles right between 700-750 but when i first start the car its bounces from 1200-1500 for a few minutes till its warm
