Another CRX fuel pump Question
I have checked all the fuses they are all good. when i turn the key on the main relay clicks. I can hear the fuel pump hum or prime w.e u guys call it. But i have no fuel pressure the pressure is at zero. I have four grounds that are properly connected, Thermostat, chassis to battery, transmission to chassis, and chassis to valve cover. The ecu does turn on because it gets 5 volts on the tps. Could this be the fuel pump that broken?
just tested the fuel pump and its working. the motor turns and its about to start but it doesnt. I took the cover off of the main relay and when i turn the key to start the motor i can see the main relay stays stuck and when i let go of the key it lets go
It might be the fuel filter. Disconnect both lines from the filter and start the fuel pump with the ignition. See if you are getting gas there......
If you do get gas, then install that line and replace the fuel filter.
Also, do you have gas in your tank? Is it the stock fuel pump (big fat one) ? I know a person that installed a walbro pump way too high, and he had to fill his tank more than halfway so the fuel pump get fuel. Because he didnt lower the hose that goes to the pump.

yes the car did have fuel. I measured the fuel pressure through the fuel pressure regulator. so i dont think it is the fuel filter. im guessing its the main relay. its a stock fuel pump
