Default quick tach question

ok so I have a 5in tach for my civic and I've had a couple before in my cars. now a for sure way to hook it if is by running the signal wire from the gauge to the blue wire on the dizzy. now my question is could it b possible to wire the signal wire into the tach wire behind the cluster? Thanks

Yes, the wire off the distributor connects to the wire behind the cluster, so you'll get a signal from it.
