well if you take the b18-b16 you will get a 2 if you take that and x it by 9 you will get 18 and if you - 2 from that you will get 16. So no matter how you look at it there is two inbetween them.
Now you did not factor in if those are b18a's or b because that will throw the whole equation off.

dont forget about the diff with b16a and b16b, which if it is the b16b then it is a HypeR which will win
