You seem to get a lot of used JDM parts over in Dubai. Can you also get new parts? Would you be able to obtain an ITR rear strut bar, preferably new?

You can get them in Europe/UK. They are quite expensive though. Call up Chiswick Honda in the UK. They ship to the US, but only take bank wire transfer as payment.
