tps problem

tps problem
installed tb on 99 si ! hooked up scanner and it says that my throttle is 5% open at idle so when i turn the tps to get it to read 0% the holes dont line up ?????

make sure its installed correctly, theres a metal tab inside that needs to be lined up on the throttle body, or maybe you just need a new tps sensor.
