01-03 to 04-05 front end conversion

What would be thes necessary parts for me to do a 01-03 to 04-05 front end conversion. My car is 03.

What parts would i need to do this conversion?

Headlights, grill, hood, front bumper, left and right side fenders?

i believe a different radiator support also.. not sure
