What's this gizmo called ? where can I get one that estimates mpg etc ?

I have a Belltronics VectorFX2 that does all that, bought it a few years ago for $100 and never could get it to give real HP numbers. It said my friend's SS had 125hp and my prelude at the time had 89hp. The other features like 0-10 through 100, 1/4 mile, lateral G's and such worked fine but would probably be inconsistent with real ETs at the track. They've made newer more advanced models like the GTec-Pro since then.
Mine's been sitting in my closet collecting dust because it always gave me the temptation to rip it on the street and try to see quicker numbers....bad for my engine and gas mileage.
