Default Clanking noise from rear end, only happens over bumps

Hello, got the metal clanking noise from back of the car whenever going over bumps. Gets worse as you drive it. Any ideas?

it doesn't click, and it's not when shifting. You'll hear it only when going over bumps.

It should be easer to find out what is making the sound...

check your swaybar nushings and swaylinks, they may be worn out.

i have a clanking noixe but it happens when driving the car in reverse and stoping, right as you are stoping it makes the noise. i don't wanna mess with it so i'll let the warranty take care of it

no it wasn't the sway. First thing I thought was something loose down here, but the sway and the struct bar are all tight and nothing is loose... I have searched a bit, ppl say something about cv joint, and I'm pretty sure it's not the wheel bearing because it will make whooshing sound just by moving.

After searching a bit more, I'm narrowing it down to the ball joint. Anyone had that replaced before?

here is a pretty useful link too

Ok just let you know all what happened. The mechanic found that my rear caliper bolts are missing. Must of been loose and poped off while the car is moving. Make sure you all check that if you work on your own brakes and ended up with the same problem. I'm paying 105 bucks just to have them check it and it will cost me 105 bucks to replace them stupid bolts... I could of done that myself for free... well lesson learned. Hope someone find this post useful to fix their own clanking noise...
