they do make an 06+ si intake, which is what fits your car. I don't know who you talked to at AEM.

Here it is listed at Corsport, it shows up on AEM's site also

I called twice and talked to 2 different people and someone else called because they didn't believe they told me that either haha They said they are still doing testing on the 08, so they must be coming out with a new one. I am impatient so I may just put the 06 one on
I just finished reading this and thought it was kinda interesting what they used for their intake.

Definitely go with the Injen Short Ram. It sounds great and doesn't throw a code like the AEM will do sometimes.

http://www.ultrarev.com has the best price on the intake, but you may have to wait a while. It took mine 3 weeks to get to me.

i'd recommend http://corsportusa.com. and i'd recommend buying injen
technically i dont think there is an '08 intake yet b/c some company r&d hasnt ok'd their 06+ design for the 08 model yet, but you're fine ordering them. thats the reason for giving you that answer. for the most part, previous designs work the same but i know in some rare cases; the previous intake didnt perform as well on the next year model.

08 Si since Oct. 07. Ingen CAI (cold air intake). Remmy at corsport is awesome and will held you our with just about anything. Tai at corsport told me they THOUGHT the intake ran a little rich on the 08s but couldn't officially comment at the time. He offered to test mine but i (we) live on the east coast and they are in Cali. I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary, except shear sweetness.
Short ram is a little cheaper, but cold air is more dense = bigger boom. Get a "hydroshield" with it to protect it from water damage, $25 or so. Just don't drive your whip in to a lake.
Did i leave anything out?

I would at least get my facts straight before promotoing a company, Corsport is in Colorado. Injen runs a little ritch on all K20Z3's.

Ah, my bad. Tai is the guy from Injen. I got the feeling that he was willing to endorse/give some free sh*t to whoever took their 08 in first to be tested(in CALI), but that was months ago, i'm sure its been done by now.

i recommend it.
