I was driving today and stopped at the drive-thru at the bank. As I pulled out onto the main road, all together, my check engine light and the TCS light came on. At the same time as well, the light around D4 began to flash. I continued until I got home where I put my car in park, and as I did that, the light continued to flash even when I wasn't in D4. I turned off my car and back on and the light stopped flashing, however the check engine light was still on. I plan on goin to have the code checked out, but any ideas?

 

You might need a new alternator. But have the check engine light code checked at autozone for free. I think they can also diagnose your whole car starting system which would include testing the alternator. I know Advance Autoparts by my house does.
