i got a ref ticket a week ago for modified emissions "swap" i knoe i have to go d series again.so i already went back to my og swap d16y7.

1---does anyone knoe how much i have to pay on top of that ?

2--- do they just do a visual test or do they smog it?

ref will do a full inspection of the car and smog. what swap did you have?

 

damn.. i got caught with a gsr but he was just tripping cuz of the intake manifold and the intake but i still have to go to d16y7 just to make sure.... so they are really gonna smog it....? even if i go d series again? what about the $ part?

 

dude, should've just ref'd it with ur gsr, if u had all the stock parts or carb parts, and everything is hook up correctly, u could pass. as long as the money parts go, if u pass ref'd, u have to pay $38 and $10 for ur ticket.

 

yea u are gunna have to smog that d series

 

damn .. but it wasnt stock ... the motor is fully built........ so im not sure its gonna passs...... i have a d series in my back yard just need to put it together... can u tell me ways that can help me pass the smog??
