Default RHD conversion?!

does anyone have a list of materials/parts that someone would need to do a rhd conversion on a 5th gen prelude?

is it possible??

does anyone make a kit for it?

im just thinking out loud, wondering if it could be done, i think it would be a fun project

No.

Yes.

Yes, the kit is buying a welder, an angle grinder with some cut-off wheels, and a JDM firewall or front end.

You also have to take into account that IF you are good at welding and all of that you still might not have a structurally sound firewall. Most body shops will total a car if anything is wrong with the firewall after an accident because theres no way to garuntee a replacement or repair would be safe and the cost of something like that is more than more cars are worth. Youd probly be better off getting a prelude imported from somewhere. But then again with the right amount of money anything is possible.

seems to me like most of these people aren't giving you examples from THEIR OWN build. I am doing a 4th gen conversion now. it sucks. the car looks cool but with all the parts and wiring i've had to order from the UK it would have been cheaper and a whole lot faster to just import one from japan. plus you can't title it legally in many states (like the one i live in)

ya its alot of work but its worth it and the wiring snt bad if you buy the whole half cut all you have to wire is the windows door locks ect. just swap the harness and the dash, firewall is a little more complicated but if you know how to weld and have the tools its not that hard
