Default 1500 RPM stutter

ok so, did the mini me swap but there is still a problem.
obd2 scanner shows p1509 code-IAC valve circuit failure.
IAC has been taken off, cleaned, wired properly, and the ECU pinout is done correctly. whole IACv sstem has been tested for continuity and has passed all tests with the multimeter.
the IACv was grounded and the valve clicks open so thats ok.
i read that an EGR valve might be to blame, my car did not come with one, thepicture alldata shows does not correspond with my car, theres no EGR valve present. My ECU is a P2E, Apexi neohas been wired in before swap but did not cause problems... any ideas?

Check the TPS, it can cause driveability problems at a certain position.

If you wired it as per the ffs tech pin outs then you may need to swap the 2 wires around on the iacv, for some reason they were reversed in the how to.

Also i had the same studder with my swap and it was a cranky ecu/dizzy.

I also did the Mini me swap I have the shutter problem also but I have found it is closely related to vacuum also. I have it minimized it to a every so often occurence. As for your TPS sensor it is going to read a constant signal because the TPS only senses either wide open throttle or fully closed nothing in between.

temporarily fixed. put the edu pinout to stock and wired the d16y7 IACV back to it and fixed it to the fire wall. so for now its ok. but in order for this swap to work i need the P2P edu
