Turbo 18c1 Civic Wont start!?! Need help
I don't think you needed to post this in the 92-2000 civic section.
anyways: dead battery? Bad alternator/battery connection?
vac leak? fuel pump issue?

I dont know. It was running fine yesterday and today its dying all the time. I dont think its battery cause the cd player is running fine. Would a stock fuel pump trying to run a 340hp turbo be a problem. I am not for sure if a walbro was put in or not.

not something you wanna be iffy about... literally the longevity and the life of your motor ride on that and that alone.
if your not sure if its been tuned or your not sure if the car has a walbro... find out.. check to see if it has a walbro and hook up a wideband and you should be able to to tell fairly easily just by the reading on the wideband weather the car has been tuned or not from my understanding.

Was it running before with ZERO changes? How long ago? Did you buy all the parts & ecu, install them, and have the issues? I'd bet on the later, since a stock civic pump will never keep up with 340whp. It will start it up fine, but fizzle once you get past 200whp. Its a 79lph pump not rated for high pressure.
See if its getting spark, then see if the injectors are squiring fuel. I was going crazy last week diagnosing a similar issue - cleaning the injectors' inlets helped produce some droplets, but...I forgot to change the MAP sensor setting from 2.5bar to stock (MAP was replaced recently). The default fuelcut of 3psi was active, and with a STOCK MAP voltage it thought it was running 6.2psi... The moral is cross every I and dot every T, no matter how obvious
